FAQ

How will my item arrive?

All items are beautifully packaged using colourful boxes and tissues paper that are made of recycled material and are fully recyclable, as is the bubble wrap. This also makes them perfect for gifts!

Are your items handmade?

Absolutely! Every single item is carefully handmade or hand assembled by myself. Some items may have some imperfections, because I am not a machine and are not mass produced, but I ensure a high quality and standard of my work. Some colours may differ from the photos due to lighting and screen settings.   

Can I order an item in a different colour?

If you've seen a item you like, but would prefer it to be made in a different colour, contact me and ill do what I can to make it happen! This also applies if you would like an item made in a certain fabric

Can you make clips on earrings? 

Yes! Most of my designs can be adapted and turned into clip ons! Let's chat!

I have a variety of finding options from clip ons, hoops, hooks and studs. You can also choose between black, silver or gold jump rings and findings. If you have stretched ears, there's plenty of options for you!  

 

Postage Information

All stocked items will be dispatched within 7 days. Please allow up to 14 days for collaborations. If you would like your item sooner, please don't hesitate to ask as I will try my best to fulfil this for you!

U.K Postage

All items are sent Second Class Royal Mail. Please contact before purchase if you would like other postage options for an extra charge. Postage charged at the standard rate of £2.50 for Second class and £3.00 for First class.

International Postage 

 All items are sent International Standard Royal Mail. Please contact before purchase if you would like other postage options at an extra charge. 

As the customer, it is your responsibility to pay any custom, import and handling fees.

 

Once your item has been posted, the length of time the item takes to arrive may vary. This is due to Royal Mail and not myself. Therefore, I cannot take responsibility for any delays. If you have any queries about your items, please feel free to contact me.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I do not issue refunds, but please contact me if you are not happy with your item. There is always a possible solution. My main priority is to make you happy! 

To ensure the longevity of  products, please keep out of direct sunlight & avoid spraying any hairspray or perfume near them!
